Mark Milly Releases his First EP "Now and Later", Produced Entirely by NJ's Own Probz
Taking you on a Personal Journey, on an Lyrically Inclining Experience
Baltimore, MD (Tuesday, July 27, 2010)- This is just not another EP being released. This is the first EP that is being released by Hip Hop artist Mark Milly. He first caught your attention at the beginning of the summer with the in your face mixtape "#FcukMarkMilly: The Brief-Tape", but "Now and Later" is a more in depth look into the type of artist that Mark Milly is. It's intimate body of work that just consists of 6 tracks. The entire project is produced by NJ's own Probz. Mark Milly & Probz have worked together on previous records and realized they should just work on an entire project and thus "Now and Later" was born. What has turned into being a great journey for them both, has also turned into a very important peice for each of their careers.
Expect to hear some features from Mark Milly's YHGM family, as the lead single "Smile in Ya Face" features the up & coming artist on their roster, Tragedy.
Although this year's Leaders's releases have primarily featured a MLB team's colorway mixed with the multiple Leaders's logo, their latest fitted uses a design that is new to the store.
The LDRS's logo is embroidered onto a black New Era fitted in 4 different colors, & you can find "1354" in the same color scheme on the right side. On the back is the stores's slogan, "Lead...Never Follow." Most likely, the hat will seel for $45, & will be for sale on the Leaders's webstore Saturday.

Ty of NES is back with his latest single, "The Flight." The song features B.Rogers, another local rapper from VA. Except Ty's mixtape later this year. Download Here
Wale has dropped his latest mixtape More About Nothing. The " No Days Off" campaign continues with this mixtape that was mixed by Dj Omega, with some features including Wiz Khalifa, Dre of Cool & Dre, and Roscoe Dash.
During the course of this year, & especially at SXSW, illRoots has gathered plenty of footage of Chip tha Ripper. This footage came together for this video for Chip's song "Whoa." I have to say usually I am not a big fan of his music, but this is definitely a song I like.
So I first heard of Mac Miller in February, & I wasn't too impressed, but quite a few people I know (including Weirdoe Clothing co-owners G-Rod & B [dot] Jay ) enjoy his music, so I decided to post it.

If you either follow me on twitter, or follow any part of the illRoots team, you have been aware of the fact that "illRoots 2" was something to be excited for. The day is finally here, & deuxième partie [part 2] has be unveiled.
I would like to say congrats to Carson & Waxx esquire, along with the whole illRoots team. As they mentioned in their interview, they wanted illRoots to not only have an individual look, but be a content provider rather than a regular blog.
So I except big things for the site in the future, & hopefully Weirdoe can hook up with them someday.
Honestly, Glen Infante of I Love The Hype is one of the dopest artists out of the Cleveland [& probably the midwest]. Whether it be via graphic content or actually art, he kills it every-time.
The good thing about that, is that his art brings your attention to other things. One of these things is music; in this stiutation the music of Freshboy Steph. When I first read the name "Freshboy Steph", I immediately thought of Steph Jones.
Glen had the opportunity to help showcase Freshboy Steph through art and design and designed the cover for his first mixtape, The Destructo Disk. He wanted the Dragonball Z theme, but wanted Goku to represent his characteristics. He loved it, and vice versa ILTHY love his music as well. He sort of reminds Glen of a young Redman that got ahold of the Cool Kids.

If you don't know who Markell Clay is, that is somewhat understandable since I accidently deleted the blog. So let me give you a run down real quick. B [dot] Jay, who is a co-owner of Weirdoe Clothing, is in a music group called NES. 1/5th of that group is made up by Markell Clay, who is also known as "Kellz."
Markell has been sitting on this remix of Usher's "OMG" for a while, & once again he brings his kickass voice to the song. So listen, enjoy, & hit up Kellz if you want more.
