Malcolm Bagley, 19, of Orange was found shot to death early this morning in a double shooting in Orange, according to a joint statement from Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray and Orange Police Director John Rappaport.
Also an unidentified 19-year-old East Orange man sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound and was transported to a nearby hospital, authorities said.
Shortly before 1 a.m., Orange police responded to a reported shooting on the 100 block of Taylor Street. Arriving officers found Bagley suffering from a gunshot wound and the 19-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later, according to authorities.
