Ever since Ellie Goudling dropped "Lights" last year, the song has been a part of countless remix, including those to the likes of Bassnectar & Xaphoon Jones. On the other hand, classical music is alieve & wel [much to any elementary school class's disbelief] & putting a symphonic spin on modern day instruments is quite popular.
What do the two have to with each other? Well, The Hood Interent decided to mix PORTLAND CELLO PROJECT's cover of Kanye West's "All of the Lights" with the vocals of Ellie's Lights. I love both, but I'm not quite sure how I feel with them mashed [but I'm sure one out there will].
Why am I blogging about this a month late? Because if I just found it, chance are you did to.

Wait Wait Wait, MTV is debuting music? They finally found I way to get back to their roots. After Chiddy set a record for dropping a mere 9 hours, 18 minutes, 22 seconds non-stop freestyle. To celebrate, Xaphoon Jones played a unheard track entitled "Mind Your Manners" but since then it has all been quiet.
So in his recent fashion, Drake decided to drop a music video without a word.
Shout-out to Drake for drop dropping the corniest video.....you know, after that whole Khaled thing.

I'm acutally a tad embarrased that an artist this big - from my own city nonetheless - had slipped under my radar. But Rockwell Knuckles (or Rocky) is an mc from St. Louis who just happened to land himself a spot of XV's midwest tour.
Rockwell has dropped a number of mixtapes, including Choose Your Own Adventure, The Glow, & his latest, You're Fucking Out, I'm Fucking In [inspired by the HBO show Eastbound & Down]
He reminds me of a young Tech N9ne [who was raised just across the state], a tad vocally but more-so lyrically & threw his flow. Instantly, you can hear his command over the track, a prescene he never lets go of.
A matter of weeks ago, it was spotted that someone seemed of of tag Supreme [NYC]. The only thing known was that they left "KID" on the iconic streetwear store, but it was soon deemed it was the work of infamous tagger KIDULT.
Today, we have a new video of KIDULT as he/she/it tags Supreme. View below, and head here to watch KIDULT also tag Collette, YSL, JC/DC & Agnes B.

Literally minutes after I posted 6 Unreleased The Weeknd Tracks, the man himself leaked the first track off of Thursday. I don't know what he's doing, but he's definitely doing it right. View Below
So The Weeknd's name has been across the blogosphere, as a Drake demo has recently surfaced. However, as I browsing Pretty Much Amazing, I noticed a post with 6 unreleased tracks by TW.
I haven't gotten a chance to listen to them, but I'm sure they will hold you over until Thursday [although, I'm still listening to House of Balloons on repeat]
